About HSE IPAA
HSE IPAA — Institute of Professional Accountants and Auditors, Moscow — was established to train and support the professional development of specialists in accounting, audit, finance and management.
Our training is based on Russian legislation and international standards and takes employers’ requirements into account. The programs draw on successful Russian and international experience in accounting and management.
Our goal is to advance the professions of accountant, auditor and financial manager. To that end, we continually update our programs in accounting and financial statement analysis, including statements prepared under IFRS.
We follow developments in international accounting and reporting practice and bring them into our curricula. This helps Russian specialists work to international standards and strengthens their competitiveness.
In addition to its core programs, HSE IPAA holds seminars and training sessions on current issues in economics and management.
IPSAS
International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) were taken into account in developing the Russian federal accounting standards for public sector organizations. The course helps accountants at state and municipal institutions understand the logic of the standards and keep accurate records.
Professional Accountant
For a chief accountant, continuous learning is a way to keep the books error-free and work confidently as legislation changes. Requirements for chief accountants of certain organizations are set by the Federal Law “On Accounting”. For an accounting specialist, the Professional Accountant program is a significant advantage for career growth.
CAP and CIPA Exam Preparation
CAP and CIPA are long-established international accounting qualifications valued by many commercial companies. HSE IPAA provides CAP and CIPA exam preparation, and the exams themselves are held at HSE IPAA, at its exam center in Moscow; CAP and CIPA certificates are issued by CIPAEN.
