CAP and CIPA exam preparation

HSE IPAA prepares accountants, financial managers and auditors for the exams of the international CAP and CIPA qualifications. These qualifications assess the professional knowledge, experience and values required for work as an accountant or auditor, and provide a solid foundation for further professional growth.

To receive the CAP and CIPA certificates, membership in a professional accounting body is required — the Eurasian Professional Association (EPA).

• CAP — Certified Accounting Practitioner (international).
• CIPA — Certified International Professional Accountant.

CAP and CIPA exams are held at HSE IPAA, at its exam center in Moscow. The exams follow CIPAEN rules: CIPAEN sets the exam fees and issues CAP and CIPA certificates to successful candidates. HSE IPAA runs the preparatory courses.

The courses provide structured preparation, but passing all the exams also requires serious independent study. Instructors give recommendations on how to organize it.

Class schedule

• Daytime groups: 09:00–17:00, 4 hours a day.
• Evening groups: 19:00–22:00, 3 hours a day.
• Weekend groups: 09:00–15:00 or 15:00–21:00.
