Chief Financial Officer course (DipCFD)
The program is designed for current and aspiring CFOs, heads of finance functions, chief accountants and business owners. The course combines international approaches to financial management with practical case studies, building a holistic view of company finances and strategic management skills.

1. Leading the finance team
- The CFO's role in developing the team and working with other departments.
- KPIs and incentive systems for the finance function.
- Financial policy, internal regulations and monitoring compliance with them.
2. Strategic financial management
- Strategic and operational budgeting; managing the income and expense budget and the cash flow budget.
- Cash flow model, liquidity and working capital.
- Business valuation, investment policy, capital projects.
3. Corporate finance
- Capital and financing structure, weighted average cost of capital (WACC).
- Tax planning, compliance, internal control.
- Financial risks: identification, assessment, hedging.

- In person, online or in a blended format.
- 40–60 academic hours depending on the format; the full program is 60 hours, about 10 weeks. An intensive option is available.
