No. You work with AI through the regular interface of the services and spreadsheets. Confident computer skills are enough.
Mainly Russian services available without restrictions — GigaChat, YandexGPT (Alice) and others — as well as AI features of HR platforms. Foreign models are covered separately, with caveats about availability in Russia and the risks of transferring personal data abroad.
No. AI helps compare CVs with requirements and prepare materials, but the decision is made by a person. The Labour Code and the personal data law do not allow decisions about a candidate or employee based solely on automated data processing, and selection criteria must not be discriminatory.
Only in compliance with Federal Law 152-FZ and company rules. The course covers which data must not be sent to external services, how to anonymise it and when a corporate service is needed. Only anonymised materials are used in class.
32 academic hours, about 5 weeks with 2 sessions a week. Training is online and in person according to the schedule; corporate groups can be arranged on agreed dates.
After defending the final project, participants receive an HSE IPAA certificate of completion.

HR work is largely about texts and data: job descriptions, hundreds of CVs, interview questions, onboarding plans, surveys, reports, internal policies and orders. Generative AI helps prepare these materials faster, structure information and find patterns in data. At the same time, decisions about people — whom to invite, hire or promote — remain with a human: this is required both by law and by professional ethics. The course teaches you to build AI into HR processes so that it saves time without creating discriminatory practices or violating employees' rights.
The main tools are Russian services available without restrictions — GigaChat, YandexGPT (Alice) and other models — as well as AI features of recruitment platforms and HR systems. Foreign models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and others) are discussed separately: their capabilities, access restrictions in Russia and the risks of transferring candidates' and employees' personal data abroad.
Participants learn to use AI to build a job profile and an attractive job description, prepare structured interview questions and case tasks, compare CVs with requirements and write letters to candidates. We also cover the limits: under the Labour Code and Federal Law 152-FZ, decisions about a candidate or employee may not be based solely on automated data processing, and selection criteria must not be discriminatory.
AI helps prepare an onboarding plan and welcome materials, build a knowledge base and answers to newcomers' frequent questions, create tests and training tasks, describe a competency model and phrase constructive feedback after an assessment. All materials are reviewed by the HR specialist and the line manager.
In the workshop we look at how AI can process exports from HR systems and spreadsheets: calculate turnover and other metrics, analyse open-ended answers in engagement surveys, prepare a clear report and conclusions for management — and how to avoid wrong conclusions from a small sample.
AI can draft an employment contract, job description, order or internal policy, but it is not responsible for compliance with the Labour Code. The course teaches you to set the task with the Labour Code requirements in mind, check the text against original sources and agree it with a lawyer. Electronic HR document management is also covered.
HR handles the most sensitive data — about candidates and employees. We cover what must not be sent to external AI services, how to anonymise data, how to meet the requirements of Federal Law 152-FZ, including for cross-border transfer, and how to set out AI rules in the company's internal policy.
The course is 32 academic hours: instructor-led sessions, workshops on anonymised data and a final project — an AI workflow for a task from your own work. Training is available online and in person; groups are formed according to the schedule, and corporate groups are possible for companies. After the final project, participants receive an HSE IPAA certificate. To enrol, submit a request on the website or contact us via the Contacts page.
