About the program

The course brings together the core tools of finance professionals and managers: reading financial statements, planning, performance analysis and justifying management decisions. Participants learn to link financial indicators to operational processes and organizational goals. The content follows the structure of the international ACCA program and helps with exam preparation.

How the training is structured

The material moves from basic principles to the analysis of real work situations. This sequence shows how rules, documents, a professional’s actions and the outcome for the company are connected. Throughout the course, participants learn to verify source data, choose a well-founded approach to a problem and clearly explain their conclusions to colleagues and management.

Practice

The course is built around problems, worked calculations and management scenarios close to real work. Participants do more than run the numbers: they examine the conditions, identify the material factors, compare options and assess risks. What matters is being able to explain what drove the result, what assumptions were made and how the decision will affect the business.

Common mistakes are covered separately: incomplete source data, going through procedures as a formality, lack of review and poor documentation of results.
