  4. Transfers to another job. Termination of an employment contract at the initiative of the employee and of the employer; termination procedure.
  5. Grounds for termination of an employment contract, including circumstances beyond the parties’ control.

Topic 3. Working hours and rest time

  1. The concept and types of working time. Recording working time and work schedules.
  2. Reduced working hours for certain categories of employees. Part-time work.
  3. Flexible working hours. Aggregated recording of working time. Overtime and cases where it is allowed without the employee’s consent. Night work.
  4. The concept and types of rest time. Weekends and public holidays, work on these days. Types of leave and their duration.
