Business Training

HSE IPAA focuses on business education, but the catalog also includes programs for technical specialists and for employees in related fields and departments.

We strive to make our training high-quality, up to date and results-oriented, with classes taught by practitioners.

Business training programs are designed primarily for specialists with a university degree who hold management positions and want to broaden their professional horizons. Classes cover both practical issues of running a company and personal development topics.

Business education falls into two broad areas:

• business school programs — new knowledge and skills for managing a company effectively in any industry;
• coaching — helps strike a balance between personal and professional goals.

You can choose a large comprehensive course or an applied program designed to solve a specific problem.

What business education is

It is the training of managers based on a project approach — for work in commercial companies, government bodies and public-private partnership projects.

It is the development of professional and personal competencies through a well-designed curriculum grounded in international and Russian practice.

Corporate courses and programs

• HSE IPAA specialists work on the client's specific tasks;
• ideas for solving the challenges employees face are developed together with the group;
• the schedule is agreed with the client so that employees spend as little time away from work as possible;
• corporate training costs the client less than training in open groups.

Corporate group size: 5 to 20 people.

How to choose a course

If you do not yet have a clear professional development plan, it helps to divide programs into three groups.

Required by law for certain activities:

• professional mediator — Federal Law No. 193-FZ requires mediators working on a professional basis to complete training under a mediator training program;
• auditor — practicing requires a qualification certificate issued after passing the qualification exam (Federal Law No. 307-FZ “On Auditing”).

Confirming qualifications for a position:

• professional accountant — a program for those who work or plan to work as a chief accountant.
